1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Focably Chrome extension or visiting focably.com you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Focably is a productivity Chrome extension that provides a Pomodoro timer, website blocking during focus sessions, XP and level tracking, and optional premium features. The free tier is available at no cost. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Focably does not require account creation for free use. Premium subscriptions are managed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to bypass or disable any feature of the Service.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code within the Service are owned by or licensed to Focably. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without express written consent.

6. Privacy & Data

Focably stores all focus data (sessions, streaks, blocked sites) locally on your device. We do not collect or sell personal data. Your payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
